I think Frank has a tankara rod. Dainty little thing. A little risky when there are bigger fish swimming around, but for some mountain streams, could be fun.

I thinks it's cool stuff. Check out "tenkaraman" on you tube. Here's one of his videos. He has a
commercial sight (Japanese) at tenkara.com. The little clear boxes for measuring fish are outa sight! Alec
